Thank you for shopping with Wolf Foot Designs! Most piece is are handmade to order, so please allow a little extra time for your order to be crafted before it ships.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Handmade processing: Please allow 5 –10 business days for your order to be made before it is dispatched.
• If you require an order for a special occasion or certain date, please add that to your order notes or send it in an email so your order will be moved to top priority.
• Delivery within New Zealand: Typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• International delivery: Typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Track Your Shipment

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey.

You can also view your order status at any time by clicking the link in your order confirmation email, or by visiting your account page if you have an account with us.
