Shipping & Delivery

Thank you so much for supporting Wolf Foot Designs! Every piece I make is handcrafted with care, just for you. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order safely to your door.

Made to Order

Most Wolf Foot Designs pieces are made to order, which means your item is crafted especially for you once your order is placed. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to be made before it's ready to ship. I'll always do my best to get your order out as quickly as possible, and I'll be in touch if there are any delays.

And can try and accommodate tight deadlines if you have a special date that you need your order for, such as for a birthday present. Please add a note to your order or email with the details. 

Processing & Dispatch

Once your piece is complete, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as it's on its way.

Shipping Rates are all flat rates

New Zealand — $8 NZD

Domestic orders are shipped with tracking throughout New Zealand. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after dispatch, using Aramex. 

Australia — $35 NZD

Orders to Australia are shipped with tracking. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for delivery after dispatch.

United States — $75 NZD

Orders to the USA are shipped with tracking. Please allow approximately 10–20 business days for delivery after dispatch.

International — $65 NZD

I ship to 25 countries worldwide! International orders are shipped with tracking where available. Please allow approximately 10–20 business days for delivery after dispatch, though times can vary depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its journey to you.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of New Zealand, please be aware that your parcel may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, I'm unable to predict or cover these costs, so I'd recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
